Return Policy
Forget Me Not is committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your gift selection you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept engraved items for returns or exchanges unless we have made an engraving error or the product is defective. It is very important that you review your personalization information carefully before submitting your order. Check names, dates and all spelling. In some cases a proof may be required to be approved before we can start production on your order. You will be contacted in a timely manner if your order requires a proof. Also, please understand that we cannot accept cancellations or changes on engraved orders.
When returning or exchanging an unengraved item please repack gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Use the return label that is included in your box. The return shipping address is: 3884 Chestwood Ave. Jacksonville, Florida 32277. For security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. Forget Me Not is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If an item is defective or Forget Me Not made an engraving error, you must call us at 1-877-421-5591 to determine that your item meets our requirements for defective or misengraved items. If so, we will send you a prepaid USPS return label to send it back.

The following prices apply to each gift that you have personalized. There is a minimum charge of $4.00 per item.

Specific Instructions for Engraving
If you have specific instructions for your engraving order please make sure you call us at 877-421-5591. If there is any confusion about your order we will be unable to engrave it until we can reach you by phone. When submitting your order, please leave a phone number we can reach you at between 8:00AM-8:00PM.
Shipping
Please allow 3-4 days production time in addition to the number of shipping days. Forget Me Not uses real-time shipping for Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. Feel free to compare the shipping rates and choose your own method.
